It provides video content such as movies to viewers on it, 's Over The Top (OTT) platform, which can be accessed on the Internet via https://mtalkie.com, or on smartphones, tablets, television sets connected to the Internet and other devices via the Mtalkie application. This is a legally binding agreement between Mtalkie and you, the user of the Mtalkie content, whether you are accessing it is on the website https://mtalkie.com , or via the Mtalkie application. You hereby agree that no digital or physical signature is required to abide by the Terms of Use stated here. By subscribing to the Mtalkie service, or by accessing its content on any platform, the user agrees to abide by the Terms listed here. The user also agrees to abide by the Mtalkie privacy policy. A user who subscribed to the service before or after the promotional period is not entitled to receive the promotional rate. Account sharing: 7. A Mtalkie account shall not be shared with anyone outside of the subscriber's household. However, one can purchase multi-device subscription packages. Content: 8. A subscriber has only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to Mtalkie content. It cannot be downloaded, altered, reproduced, and distributed without the express written permission. We take violations of laws and proprietary rights very seriously. 9. Mtalkie accounts, plans, and pricing are specific to geographic locations. Violations: 12. Violations of any of the terms listed above shall result in the termination of the account.
